Portico is a leading Front of House Service provider, with 5* customer service at the heart of all that we do. Our ethos is to develop and consistently deliver a positive client experience, which leaves a lasting impression every single time!
If you have a passion for great service and a desire to excel, Portico will be able to offer you a passport to a fulfilling a highly rewarding career in front of house services. We are very different to most front of house service providers because we never forget that our people are our greatest asset!
Our client is a law firm based in the city and together we are looking for a Receptionist.
What are we looking for?
Team player
Business professional in a corporate environment
Able to communicate effectively with clients and their visitors at all levels across a variety of platforms
Reception & switchboard experience and or hotels background or similar is advantageous
Proactive in engagements
Able to take ownership of working environment
Hours: 40 Hours
Salary: £29, 316
, Qualifications
Previous experience gained in a corporate or customer facing environment preferred. It is essential to have excellent verbal and written English language. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Experience gained working on a Hospitality floor, as a switchboard operator and room booking/reservations would also be preferred. Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable. You will need to be a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience within an amazing company.
