- Previous experience of PBS Plans and experience with Sherwood, PMVA, MAPPA, or other similar training

This is an exciting role for somebody looking to further develop their experience working in a bespoke setting, supporting individuals with complex and mental health needs.
If you are highly motivated by offering unconditional positive support with a non-judgemental approach, with the aim to truly enhance individual's lives, this role is for you.
You need to be bubbly and enthusiastic with a calm demeanour to excel in this position.
Job Description Includes, But Is Not Limited To
- Understanding individuals communication needs and adapting strategies to fit.
- Having high attention to detail to pick up on subtle changes in mood, behaviour and routine.
- Be a role model and have the desire to get to know about shared interests and hobbies.
- Experience with behaviours that challenge and de-escalating situations.
- Collaborating with fellow support workers, family members and other professionals.
- Safeguarding the confidentiality of personal information.
- Promoting a team approach, offering support to colleagues when needed.
