Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our friendly, rural Practice. Part-time up to 15hours/week (1 or 2 days) Job share may be considered.
Main duties of the jobThis is a part time position for an experienced practitioner to work alongsideour established clinical team.
Professional registration is required and a qualification in advanced practice in addition to anurse prescribing qualification.
Candidates must be able to work autonomously, maintain high standardsand be able to manage both acute and chronic conditions including patients withlong term conditions and complex needs.
About usHartington Surgery is a small, butbusy, rural General Practice which is in the heart of the Peak DistrictNational Park close to the Derbyshire, Staffordshire border.
The Practice is fully dispensing andholds a General Medical Services contract to provide a range of medical care toapproximately 3300 patients. The varied population is employed in farming,quarrying, leisure, and tourism as well as being central for commuting to townsand cities in each direction.
