An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an administrator in the Neurosciences Department, within the Division of Medicine & Integrated Care at Charing Cross Hospital. This is a fixed-term post ending on 1st October 2025. You will be working closely with our consultants and the wider admin and clinical team,and will be an integral part of ensuring that the service runs smoothly.
Our ideal candidate should possess a high level of attention to detail, and have a proactive, can-do attitude.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage tasks to agreed time frames, often meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment. The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to their work, enjoy working with people and patients, and have excellent communication skills.
If you are an organised person with a talent for administration and enjoy working in dynamic environment, you may be ideal for this job. Experience in this field is desirable but not essential.
Provide administrative assistance to a designated unit or team within the neurosciences department ensuring the provision of an efficient and reliable service. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments and treatment related matters. Expected to manage and prioritise workload and liaising productively with the neurosciences team.
