Job Description:We're seeking a Junior Receptionist / Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support our medical team in providing top-notch patient care. Prior experience is appreciated but is not necessary.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks such as answering the phone, appointment booking, email correspondence, and patient interaction at the reception desk . We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, a bubbly personality, and the ability to work seamlessly with our dynamic team. A strong motivation to learn, problem-solving abilities, and effective organisational skills are essential. Basic computer skills are vital. Potential of growth into supplemental HCA roles shadowing the doctor and laser therapist in preparing treatment rooms before and after treatments and learning about the different laser treatments, sending treatment plans to patients, discussing post- care instructions, assisting in laser therapies and many more administrative/HCA roles .
