Ongar Health Centre are pleased to be recruiting for an organised and friendly receptionist to join their busy team, on a part-time basis, for 18.5 hours per week, across the following days:
- Monday 08:00 - 12:30.
- Tuesday 08:00 - 12:30.
- Thursday 13:30 - 18:30.
- Friday 14:00 - 18:30.
Some flexibility is required as you will occasionally need to work additional/alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
- Assisting and directing patients as required.
- Making and amending appointments via telephone and face to face.
- Advising patients of practice procedures.
- Dealing with queries and requests for information from patients and clinicians. Registering new patients.
