Do I need to be qualified to be a Support Worker?
No. No previous experience is necessary. We just want you to:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
- Be Patient
- Be passionate about helping others
- Be able to drive & have your own vehicle
- Be reliable and flexible
- Excellent rates of pay
- Flexible rotas
- 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
- Full, Comprehensive Training
- Personal and Professional Development through Qualifications in Health and Social Care

- Paid Mileage (where applicable)
* FTE - £30,491.47 - based on 40 hours p/w with 3 sleep in's *
