Do I need to be qualified to be a Support Worker?

No. No previous experience is necessary. We just want you to:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be Patient
  • Be passionate about helping others
  • Be able to drive & have your own vehicle
  • Be reliable and flexible
