Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to fulfil the role of Head of Integrated Commissioning and System Development (portfolio: Working Age Adults with Disabilities & Complex Care) .

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Council and the South East London Integrated Care Board have come together to create an integrated approach to commissioning services within Greenwich Place, this postholder has a key role in implementing this new approach.

The right candidate will lead the development and implementation of our integrated commissioning approach for adults in and across the Council and the NHS, which enables strong partnerships and high-quality services that support Greenwich residents to lead healthy, fulfilling, and independent lives.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong commitment to service development, transformation, and re-design, to support continual service improvement, what best practice looks like in Adult Social Care and Health services and the energy and enthusiasm to drive this agenda forward.

Among other duties, the person will work closely with the Associate Director of Integrated Commissioning & System Development (
Adults -

Disabilities & Mental Health
) and Practitioners t o lead on ensuring that all commissioned services deliver a person-centred, strengths-based approach that engages individuals in their care and support, promotes independence, choice and control and puts dignity at the heart of delivery.
