We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individual, to join our friendly team at Cove Bay & Kincorth Medical Centre in the role of Business Support Administrator.

The post holder will assist the Practice & Operations Manager in the core day to day running of the practice ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to demonstrate excellent operational skills. They must have the ability to multi task, work independently, reacting positively to competing and changing priorities. Complete discretion and confidentiality is a prerequisite

A wide range of IT skills is essential, both technical and creative, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. The post holder should possess first class communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to communicate with all disciplines of staff and patients.

Cove Bay & Kincorth Medical Centre provides general medical services to approximately 14,500 patients, over two sites. Applications are invited for either a part time of 25 hours or up to full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week. The days of work are Monday to Friday. The hourly rate will be commensurate depending on skills and experience.
