About The Role


As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will play a key role in supporting both clinical support and administrative duties across multiple clinic locations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting stock and equipment for the clinic, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures.
  • Maintaining infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients.
  • Typing up consultation outcomes, follow-up letters for GPs, and ensuring all reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You will be required to travel to clinics across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire as part of your role, ensuring consistent clinical support across multiple locations.

Your support will ensure the clinic operates efficiently while contributing to a compassionate and high-quality healthcare experience for our patients.

Please note our service operates seven days a week and you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days. Clinic hours generally fall between 8am - 5.30pm (not including travel time)


About You


  • MUST HAVE a Driving License and own vehicle to visit the multiple clinic sites in the areas
  • Previous experience in administration
  • IT literate with proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • You must show a great passion for providing high-quality care and take pride in your work

You will be enrolled on our 2-week comprehensive training course from day one of your employment, which will equip you with all the skills and knowledge you require to fulfil your duties as a Healthcare Assistant.

The position is subject to a successful disclosure at the appropriate level from Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation.


What we offer:


  • Full time, permanent contract (40 hours per week)
  • Zero-hour contracts also available
  • Claim 45p per mile for mileage, and travel time will be compensated
  • Starting salary: £24,500
  • Opportunity to increase salary up to £26,000 when trained in and signed off in additional disciplines (Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology etc.)
  • Ongoing support and training - a chance to progress to NVQ Level 3
  • Eligible for quarterly bonus of £250
