About The Role And Practice
We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Lavender Dental & Implant Clinic, in Leicester.
No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, are passionate about delivering great service, and looking for a career where you can learn, grow and develop, then this could be a perfect fit for you.
Full-time hours
37.5 hours per week: Tuesdays 8am - 7.30pm, Wednesdays - 8am - 2pm, Thursdays - 8am - 7.30pm, Fridays - 8am - 7.30pm. Some Saturdays may be required on a rota basis (around 1 in 6 Saturdays)
Training supported by our highly experienced team - your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by PortmanDentex
Based in the heart of Leicester the Lavender Dental & Implant Clinic is here to serve you as both a patient and a person. Our highly trained dentists and clinicians pride themselves on the highest standards of dental excellence and patient care at our private dentist in Leicester.
About You

GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are essential to undertake the course
Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care
Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair-side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session
Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures
