We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator who can help us deliver an efficient, high quality outpatient service across the Planned and Surgical Care Directorate.
The post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care.
This role provides a great insight into the NHS and requires excellent inter-personal skills when communicating with patients and members of staff at all levels within the Trust.
