supervision.
Demonstrate and supervise practice and procedures to registered and unregistered
nursing staff to secure effective nursing practice.
To take a key role in the induction and mentorship of new and unregistered staff, and
provide supervision.
Working in a secure estate, offers such a unique experience for nurses who have an interest in developing skills in the management of people experiencing multiple disadvantages, people with lived experience of trauma, substance dependency and often homelessness. These individuals present with a huge variety of complex physical and psychological needs and require care and compassion from nurses who are focused to deliver a holistic and truly patient centred care.
