Responsibilities


  • Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.
  • Assist with personalised intervention plans and assessments.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective student support.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, discussing strategies and progress.
  • Promote mental health awareness across the school community.


Requirements


  • A degree in Psychology or related field (or working towards one).
  • Passionate about working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a school or child-focused role is a plus.

Please note, a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection is required, and applicants must pass an enhanced DBS check.
