£30,623 to £36,269 a year includes Essex Allowance £1250  PERMANENT 

We work with a range of patients, presenting with complex conditions including physical, behavioural and cognitive needs. We value working with the whole person, focusing on consolidation of core OT skills, with the clear potential to move on towards developing specialist skills including Sensory Integration and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy. Knowledge of Vona Du Toits Model Of Creative Ability will be an advantage.

Applications are invited from Occupational Therapists for this rewarding position, which will see you working with our patients who present with a complex range of needs. The post offers full time hours and is based in Basildon, Essex.

As a registered OT you would be joining a highly motivated, knowledgeable and innovative OT team. Experience will be gained as part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for a clinical caseload, and offering OT specific assessment and treatment to groups and individuals within your care. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop good professional relationships with members of the MDT, as well as community partners that provides vocational skills training and development.
