This is an exciting opportunity within the ICB for a permanent, Band 8a, Primary Care Commissioning Manager within the Local Delivery Directorate in Northumberland and North Tyneside.
The post is full time; however, we are willing to consider part time or other flexible arrangements.

The Primary Care Commissioning Manager will work within the Primary Care team, alongside other internal and external stakeholders to support the development and delivery of primary care services within Northumberland and North Tyneside, with a particular focus on general practice.
The post holder will play an integral role in working in partnership with ICB colleagues to reduce variation in general practice and ensure contractors' compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements to mitigate patient safety risks and deliver value for money.
They will provide subject matter expertise to effectively commission primary care services, manage contractual changes, support quality improvement across the primary care provider landscape and the delivery of system wide transformation change.
