This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult who has Motor Neurone Disease and complex health needs requiring high level of care and support at home. You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with: MND (Motor Neurone Disease) NIV (Non-invasive ventilation) Suctioning and cough assist Medication Management This is a 2-1 package of care during day and 1-1 at night. Opportunities for day and night shifts are available.
