Claimont Health LTD is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join their team in Bury St. Edmunds. The role involves providing high-level home care support to an adult client with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and complex health needs. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in complex care, particularly with MND, and must be capable of supporting tasks such as non-invasive ventilation, suctioning, cough assist, and medication management.
The position offers full-time or zero-hour contract options with both day (2:1 care) and night (1:1 care) shifts available. Applicants need to have a valid UK driving license and access to a car.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver person-centred care with a commitment to client-specific support.
- Maintain professional boundaries and a flexible approach in a home setting.
- Experience in complex care, particularly with MND.

Job Summary
Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker.
This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult who has Motor Neurone Disease and complex health needs requiring high level of care and support at home.

If yes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Full time or 0-Hour contractual basis.
You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with:
- MND (Motor Neurone Disease)
- NIV (Non-invasive ventilation)
- Suctioning and cough assist
- Medication Management
This is a 2-1 package of care during day and 1-1 at night. Opportunities for day and night shifts are available.

Main Duties

Required Skills/Qualifications:
