To deliver home haemodialysis service to a cohort of patients who require haemodialysis and are able to do this in their home
The role is patient facing and requires one to one teaching and training of the procedure of haemodialysis with patients and carers. The job involves community and home visits, teaching and educating staff and complex assessment and evaluation of patient clinical status
Access to a vehicle for work purposes to meet the requirements of the role.
