Band 5: £29,970 to £36,483 a year  PERMANENT 
Assist in the organisation of external / internal events as required including researching and booking venues, liaison with event planners, collation.

Working as part of the Insights, Communications and Involvement team, the post holder will work with other members of the team to provide both communications and involvement support into the team.

They will support the team to deliver effective internal and external communications for the ICB in Leeds. They will also contribute

to the delivery of our wider communications and involvement strategy for the Leeds Health and Care Partnership (LHCP).

They will use their communications and involvement experience to support the priority areas for the city.

They will work with the Communication Campaign Manager to ensure that our behaviour change campaigns reach our hyper local audiences and that the voices of people are reflected in those campaigns.

They will support the Senior Insight and Engagement Advisors and the Community Relations and Involvement Manager with their involvement work.

They will support the Digital Communications Advisor in promoting the work of the LHCP and, alongside them, will contribute to the day-to-day management of a range of different communication channels including maintaining the LHCP website, the staff extranet, maintaining a strong social media presence through X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and other platforms and responding to enquiries that come in to

the ICB through the Contact Us email account.

They will also play a role in maintaining and promoting the use of the Tractivity platform across the partnership.

This role is an integral part of the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Boards (ICB) communications and involvement team working in Leeds.

Lead on the maintenance, updating and ongoing management of the Leeds Health and Care Partnerships stakeholder database (Tractivity).

Daily management of email accounts, forwarding queries as necessary and coordinating responses to individual queries with the support of Communications and Involvement team colleagues.

Maintain, develop and promote the Leeds Health and Care Partnerships insight library.

Interpret involvement data and use this to support insight-driven communication campaigns and involvement activity.

Managing information and insight gathered from the Leeds Health and Care Partnership Reader Group.

Maintaining and promoting the Leeds Health and Care Partnership websites and social media channels.

Monitor Leeds Health and Care Partnership social media channels and feed insight and feedback into involvement processes to inform how we connect with local people.

Prepare content for internal communication channels, including stakeholder updates, email bulletins and newsletters.
