Residential Support Worker
to join a reputable residential care services provider, offering support to children and young people with learning disabilities. In this role, you will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering person-centred care for young people.
You will be required to complete a 10-day induction training program, covering both practical and theoretical aspects.
What We Are Looking For
- Previously worked as a Support Worker or in a similar role.
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young Person’s Residential Settings or working towards it.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full, manual driving licence.
- Willingness to undergo a full enhanced DBS check.
