Welcome to Julian Wadden! We are looking for an Accompanied Viewer to join our team in Monton, Greater Manchester, UK. This is a part-time, permanent role offering a salary of £3600.00 per annum, working Saturday's 9.30am-4pm. This role is pivotal to our team's success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.


Responsibilities


  • Greeting and professionally showcasing and presenting vendor properties to prospective tenants/buyers.
  • Provide information about the property and answer questions from prospective tenants/buyers.
  • Provide feedback to the landlords/vendors about the viewings.
  • Ensure the property is in a suitable condition for viewings.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed.


Requirements


  • Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge of surrounding areas within Manchester preferred
