Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home




Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours a week | Monday-Friday with shift patterns between

£25,000 per annum

Everyday you will…

• Build relationships with candidates and client’s, maintaining high levels of customer service and being their first point of contact for any queries.
• Ensure the set up and stabilisation of new packages of care as well as managing these care packages long term
• Filling rotas to ensure we are adhering to our commissioned responsibility, and being able to think outside the box to ensure a rota is covered safely.
• Engaging with the database (current/unavailable/prospect), booking in clinical training and ensuring the candidates are ready to work in the care packages.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

• Previous experience working as a healthcare coordinator
• Exceptional attention to detail and being able to manage work loads as well as working toward deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently to ensure the completion of our tasks
