"Midlands is a friendly team who work well together. We are always encouraging staff to use their strengths and pursue further interests in different areas of interests in Veterinary. We will always look to help support any additional training staff may be interested in.
We are a first opinion practice that have a family atmosphere that has meant we have clients that have been coming to us for over 20-30 years.
I enjoy working at Midlands as no two days are the same and it is a great pleasure working amongst my other colleagues. We do always try to support and look out for each other. We always try to accommodate working patterns and the needs of the individuals and want them to be engaged in their work.
I feel like I have developed greatly since working at Midlands and have a great support network around me that helps me to do so."
