About The Role


Our Customer Care Advisor roles are fast-paced and all about delivering the goods while focussing on providing a best-in-class customer experience. Theres plenty to get involved in as you work directly with our customers ensuring end-to-end service and delivery management.

This role will require a high level of attention to detail, big-picture thinking and teamwork as you link up with other departments to provide an exceptional level of service.

This is a customer-focused role. If you have previous inbound/outbound call centre experience including Livechat then thats a bonus, but above all else, were searching for someone with an exceptional approach to customer service, great listening skills and the ability to react and steer conversations towards a positive outcome.

Keeping our customer at the heart of everything we do, no 2 calls are the same and so having the ability to think on your feet is essential.

This role is office/site based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.
