Maintain the Radiology document register, ensuring documents are up to date and accessible & will escalate those in need of review to the Radiology Quality Manager.
This new post will provide administrative support to the Radiology Quality Manager in preparation for the development of Community Diagnostic Centres. The post holder will have responsibility for the production of quality related documentation and accurate completion of data collection tools, as well as co-ordination of meetings and learning events. The Quality Administration Assistant will liaise with both internal and external colleagues to support achievement of Radiology’s quality, governance and safety standards including accreditation and CQC compliance.

- Medical Device Training
- Infection Control training
- Risk Register review
- Incident review
- Log compliments to Datix

- Support the teams to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
- Assist document leads with the correct formatting of policies/procedural documents
- Input/extract data, using relevant electronic software to manipulate data and generate basic reports.

We provide community health services, including sexual health services in Calderdale from Calderdale Royal and local health centres. These include Todmorden Health Centre and Broad Street Plaza.
We continue to modernise and invest in our health services to build on our strong reputation. Foundation trusts are public leaders in improving quality in health services.
