This advert is for final year students currently studying a UK Paramedic Science Degree Course graduating by December 2024 or a recent graduate.


Please note this advert is solely for a training course commencing 27th January at Brentford Education Centre. No further training courses have been scheduled at this stage and places for this course will be filled on a first come first served basis in the order in which candidates have cleared pre-employment checks.

Salary:
Basic salary range of £29,970 to £36,483 excluding HCAS. An additional Outer London HCAS amount of £4,551 or Inner London of £5,994 also applies.


Eligibility to apply


  • A paramedicine graduate or due to hold a paramedicine degree by the end of December 2024.
  • HCPC registration
  • All applicants need to have a current B class driving licence and a C1 provisional licence or full C1 licence at the time of application.
  • You can not have more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence to be allocated to a training induction course.

Work within scope of practice and limits of professional competence referring to clinical advice and/or support as required.

Follows established care packages.

Reduce inappropriate demand for emergency services by referring patients to appropriate health and social care agencies in response to emergency/urgent calls not requiring hospital attendance, seeking appropriate clinical advice and/or support as required.

Assist in delivering a flexible ambulance service response crossing professional boundaries as necessary and strengthening the delivery of unscheduled care-seeking clinical advice and/or support as required.
