This is an extremely busy receptionist role and the client is looking for a well organised, immaculately presented and professional candidate.
Receptionist duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Managing meeting rooms
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
- Organising deliveries
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
This role is a full time Temporary Receptionist position based in the office.
