As a Customer Care Representative, you will assist and support in the daily operations of the UK and Ireland websites, ensuring the highest possible level of service. You will oversee all orders moving through the e-commerce system and assist in the administration of faulty shoe claims, refunds, and exchanges for our wholesale operation.
