This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment room, supporting both patients and clinical staff. Traditionally this role has been fulfilled by an experienced practice nurse but have found recruitment difficult so we have opted for a more managerial style post to suit the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- Clinical background in the NHS or private sector.
- Preferably a senior practice nurse or equivalent experience eg district nursing or tissue viability or ICB experience.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software EMIS Web preferable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a treatment room or similar healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of NHS systems and protocols.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies for the treatment room alongside current processes.
- Liaise with Senior Management Team and Partners to ensure seamless patient care.
