This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients Nursing Home, to work as a Care Assistant.
If making peoples lives better is what gets you up in the morning, come and join a like-minded team as a Care Assistant, you can make a real difference to the lives of the residents.
The Role
As part of the Care Team, your role will include a variety of tasks to help all of their Residents to live comfortable lives, with the help and support that they need.
- Support the Residents with personal care, washing and bathing, dressing, eating and drinking, and social stimulation.
- Help the Residents to enjoy their lives to the full and to meet all of their health and care needs
- Participate in assessment and evaluation of residents care, including reporting any changes in their physical and mental condition immediately
- To ensure that the Code of Conduct, confidentiality, safeguarding and security procedures are maintained
Skills And Qualifications
No previous experience in care is required as full training will be given.
