We are looking to recruit a team of experienced support workers to work with our young client in Liverpool who has Cerebral Palsy.


Hours


24 Hour shifts - 7 days per week


Responsibilities


  • Provide personalised support in a sensitive and confidential manner
  • Understand and follow care plans, seeking clarification from the healthcare coordinator or clinical lead nurse as necessary.
  • Participate in monitoring, review and updating of care plans
  • Work in a professional manner with all members of the multidisciplinary team and other professionals that may be involved.
  • Promote independence and dignity


Training & Background Checks


An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.


Pay


Weekdays: £15

Evening + Saturday: £16

Sunday: £17
