  • Full-time hours, 40.75 hours per week, no evenings or weekends
  • Mon 8.45–5.30pm, Tues 7.45–5.30pm, Weds 8.45–5.30pm, Thurs 7.45–5.30pm, Fri 7.45–4.30pm
  • Convenient high street location (no onsite parking)
  • Busy practice - 14 surgeries over 3 floors


About You


We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist (Patient Experience Advisor) vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
  • The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
