This is an exciting time to be join our Health, Social Care and Early years team at Weymouth College as we are continuing into the second year of our T level provision and work placement is an integral part of this. If you are an effective communicator and administrator who can work collaboratively using your own initiative, this could be the new challenge for you.
Working as part of a small but busy team you will provide a flexible, efficient and comprehensive support for students, employers and members of the Health, Social care and Early Years team.
As part of the role you will be responsible for organising students work placements, completing observations as well as students DBS applications. Employer engagement will be vital, in setting up placements and working with the team to ensure our stakeholders help to inform our curriculum. On top of this you will work with the Care team to ensure students receive an excellent experience whilst at Weymouth College.
This role is contracted to 18 hours per week which can be flexible, depending on what you are looking for.
