Receptionist – Part Time
The Palace Hotel is a large 186-bedroom hotel that has conference rooms that can accommodate up to 250 people, making us the best venue for hosting conferences, meetings, and special events. The hotel is situated right next to the train station, making the hotel extremely convenient for guests.

As Our Receptionist Your Duties Will Include
- Checking guests in and out
- Promoting food and beverage facilities.
- Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.
- Answering telephones and helping with guest queries
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
