Look no further!We are recruiting to a phlebotomist for our busy team of Phlebotomy staff at Chorley district hospital/ Royal Preston Hospital/ CDC clinic. You will work within a dedicated team who provide front line care to hospital inpatients, outpatients & GP patients.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to working as the Phlebotomy service is provided 7 days a week operated on a rota basis. You must be willing to work weekends and bank holidays. Excellent communication and organisational skills are integral to the post. Being proficient in venepuncture is integral in this role.

You will be able to work well within a team, be able to use your initiative and be willing to acquire new skills and knowledge. Attention to detail will be a key characteristic. You will be able to work in a busy environment and have a strongly held commitment to high standards of service delivery.
Experience of dealing with patients and staff in the hospital environment or Blood Test Clinics will be of benefit.
