Northern Health Care provides mental health recovery services across many regions within the UK. Our services consist of Support Living and community outreach services which provides our residents and service users with access to 24 hr support from experienced clinical and support staff.

We are currently recruiting for full-time
support workers
to join our team who are committed and have the values, passion, and determination to put
people first
, whilst supporting the lives of people with a learning disability or mental health illness.

As a
support worker,
you will be at the heart of supporting our service users on a daily basis. You will work with service users to help them live a fulfilled and happy life, whilst living as independently as possible. You will help to enable them to develop positive relationships and to be valued as an equal member of their local community as part of their rehabilitation.

As part of this role, you will work closely with a variety of colleagues and support staff to prioritise outcome-focused support to our residents.

Your location will be Holly Court, 211 Rake Lane, Wallasey, CH45 5DQ


Working Hours


The role is a full-time position working 38.5 hours per week. This role requires a level of flexibility as you will be working on a 7 days rotational shift pattern 8pm-8am waking nights, including weekends.
