The Trust are seeking to recruit a Team Administrator to join the Bournemouth and Christchurch Steps 2 Wellbeing team - NHS talking therapies for anxiety and depression.

The service provides a range of Step 2 and Step 3 psychological therapy options including Low and High Intensity CBT, Psycho-educational groups and Counselling.

We need a full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday Team Administrator who will be able to ensure a confidential, efficient and comprehensive administrative service is provided to the Steps to Well-being clients and staff.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work occasional evening shifts (12-8pm) on a rota basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the appropriate skills, including the ability to manage a high volume of calls, occasionally handle distressed clients and provide a high level of customer care, to join a highly motivated and committed team.The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working. You will have good customer care communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, the ability to cope with complex tasks using a database which requires input and questioning of client information and previous experience of working in a busy office environment. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous and be able to work well as part of a team.
