Part Time Receptionist Salary: £22,880 - £25,740

Based in Chelsea

Office based role: 1.00pm - 6.15pm

A contemporary boutique style service office is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team in Chelsea. The role involves the front desk and general administration. Looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and familiar in working in high end professional setting. This is ideal opportunity if you are looking for Part Time Receptionist work and have an easy commute to Chelsea.


Key Duties


Manage telephone calls, messages, and client inquiries while providing exceptional customer service

Welcome and direct clients and guests, maintaining awareness of building occupancy

Assist clients with equipment usage, coordinate couriers, and oversee conference room bookings and invoicing

Handle post, deliveries, and stationery orders, ensuring stock availability and maintaining client contact data

Conduct regular building checks, maintain cleanliness in communal areas, and prepare conference rooms for meetings

Monitor stationery supplies, address equipment maintenance needs, and report feedback to management

Maintain reception area organisation, manage paperwork, and input billing details accurately

Coordinate contractor visits, provide occasional administrative support to management, and cover colleague absences as needed.Experience Required:

Previous experience in a receptionist role

A multitasker with excellent organisational skills

A great communicator able to build and develop relationships with multiple tenants

Demonstrates punctuality, attentive listening skills and a team player

PC literate of MS Office including Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook.Benefits:

20 days hols + closed Christmas week + BH. Increases up to 25 days for every year worked.

Bonus dependant on individual performance
