This role will be based University campus, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm to cover the Facilities Directorate front desk.

We are looking for a professional and highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Facilities Directorate Support Services team.

With experience of working in a busy office environment, you will have excellent organisational skills and an ability to build relationships through your interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a good working knowledge of IT packages and able to demonstrate attention to detail. You'll bring your enthusiasm and can-do approach to meet the flexible demands of the role. As you will be working with a variety of colleagues, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role, with the ability to deal with varied tasks, juggle priorities and deliver to tight timescales.

Your responsibilities will cover a number of key administration activities including effective diary management, booking and supporting meetings, finanical administration, travel booking, updating training records and car parking queries alongside providing a professional front desk service in the FD Building.
