Join our team at Noble’s Hospital as an Overseas Visitor Officer!

Overseas visitors is an embedded function within the Commercial Development Team responsible for ensuring overseas patients are appropriately identified and charged in line with Isle of Man legislation, Overseas Visitors Regulations and Manx Care policy and guidelines.

This is a key role in the administration, maintenance and effective delivery of daily operations, supporting Manx Care in the delivery of its obligations.

You must have multi-lingual language skills, fluent in French or German.

The post holder will support Manx Care with the administration of overseas visitors and apply relevant regulations, policy and guidance for the identification and treatment of overseas patients with the aim of recouping all appropriately charged income. The post holder will act as liaison for overseas patients and their families in order to establish whether a patient is entitled to free treatment or is required to pay for care received. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support and must have excellent communication and attention to detail skills. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages in order to enter accurate data into databases and produce patient correspondence.
