Xyla, part of Acacium Group, is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.
As a Patient services coordinator you will provide inbound and outbound telephone and administration support to our service users who have been referred onto our NHS Type 2 Diabetes Remission Program, being supportive and assisting them on their journey with us, ensuring records are kept up to date whilst providing excellent customer service.
Our health & wellbeing’s experienced team is dedicated to making the UK’s local communities healthier. We help people to understand and take control of their own health through sustained behaviour change, transforming lives for the better through weight management, quit smoking services, diabetes services, cardiovascular disease prevention and health coaching & social prescribing. We work with service users to make the changes that stick. Our people will be with you every step of the way, translating the science into healthy habits that add up to long term health improvement.
Every day you will…
- Booking one-to-one appointments and dealing with patient/referrer/coach enquiries.
- Ensure patients receive excellent customer care service by having a great knowledge of the programme and its benefits.
- Answer calls swiftly to reduce the time spent queuing.
- Build a good relationship with patients through sensitive understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Handle sensitive data with attention to detail and maintaining accurate service user records.
- Support the service user engagement strategy to ensure adherence to the programme and minimise drop-outs.
- Assist with office administration tasks as required.
- Monitor of shared mailboxes.
