basis. Your working pattern will be a Saturday, you will play a vital role in guiding our patients through their dental journey, ensuring they receive the highest level of care. aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics and restorative dentistry,
as well as offering NHS services to our growing patient base.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex treatment plans, finance applications, and payments
- Engaging in marketing initiatives, open days, and liaising with specialists
- Collaborating closely with our reception and nursing teams
- Recruiting and consulting with new patients, presenting treatment and payment options
- Assisting dentists in treatment planning, managing patient records, and scheduling
- Monitoring patient sources and promptly responding to inquiries, ensuring an exceptional patient experience
Requirements and skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience preferred)
- GDC registration and previous Treatment Coordinator experience is essential
- Strong work ethic and a team player attitude.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
- Keenness to learn and maintain high standards in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Proficiency in patient confidentiality and information security
- Knowledge of general dental treatments, including composite bonding, implants, and aligners.
- Proficiency in dental software, scanners, and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills and flexibility
- Availability to work in shifts
