We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our HSE Team, as a Health and Safety coordinator.




The key elements of the role are:



  • Coordinate the short & long-term group strategic plans to raise the standards of health & safety at the site as directed by the health & safety manager.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Supervisors to conduct regular hazard assessments across the site.
  • Take proactive measures to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to minimise risks.
  • Initiate controls and preventive measures to address identified hazards promptly.
  • Ensure that all procedures are up to date and comply with relevant health and safety regulations, group standards and best practice.
  • Coordinate and oversee effective site safety monitoring systems, including regular inspections and audits.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed by employees and contractors.
  • Provide support to the HR/training department with creating the health and safety information withing SOP's

Shift is: Monday to Friday
