Pay Rate: £26.50 per hour
About The Role
Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS is seeking a qualified and experienced Band 6 Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in providing comprehensive mental health care and support to our community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality social work services within the Community Mental Health Team.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and offer therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Cover the depot clinic on Mondays.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care.
Non-Negotiables
- Must be able to drive.
- Must be able to work from 9am to 5pm.
- Must have experience in a local CMHT.
- Must be able to work Mondays.
