We are looking for a Receptionist. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Assistant Reception Manager.
Working pattern: 5 days on and 2 days off / full time shift work
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for communicating with the guests before and after their arrival. You will maintain the guest’s profile updated and action regularly to update guest’s preferences and needs. Upon arrival you will receive guests with warm welcome while using the guest’s name throughout their stay.

The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh’s most famous street. With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, 100 Princes Street will replicate the boutique atmosphere of its sister property, Hotel 41, the most-loved hotel in London and TripAdvisor’s number one hotel in the English capital for over 10 years.
