To ensure the effective and efficient coordination of the full suite of Leadership and Management Development Programmes and initiatives delivered through Leadership & OD through the full learning cycle from needs analysis through to evaluation.

To plan, coordinate resources for the medical leadership, consultants’ and specialists doctors and resident doctors’ programme to achieve the desired outcome of enabling a professional, compassionate and inclusive service to Trust.

Use project management principles to ensure Trust priorities for learning and development are translated into easily accessible resources and a schedule of distinct programmes which reflects the overarching priorities and values.

Develop programme communications and promotional materials.

Data management and analysis to present programme data for key stakeholders, including programme participation, evaluations, EDI data and impact on Trust KPI’s.

Be responsible for ensuring the full coordination of all the complex logistics around establishing a schedule of management and leadership programmes including; planning a departmental schedule of events with accurate dates and the correct allocation of resources: - dates, venues/TEAMS/ZOOM, facilitators, materials, prework, questionnaires, speakers (internally and externally) and methods of evaluation.
