An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical support worker to join our Chemotherapy Day Unit

The post holder will join the existing team to provide support and care for patients attending the treatment suite. They will work with colleagues supporting patients during their appointments, providing individualised and compassionate patient care.

You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be prepared to develop clinical skills, including venepuncture. You should be visible and accessible with quality and standards as your priority. You will need to be flexible and resilient in order to cope with the demands of this busy day unit.

This post will require you to work 20.0 hours per week. Although this job is based at the the Maidstone site it may be necessary on rare occasions to travel to the Maidstone site for training/meetings. Applicants should be prepared to support the extension to a 6 day working service if required.
