Role Overview:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and positive environment for our students during lunchtime. You will assist with supervising students, managing play activities, and promoting positive behaviour while ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during lunch hours and playtime. Support children with special educational needs in a nurturing manner. Encourage positive social interactions and promote inclusive play. Ensure the safety and welfare of students at all times. Report any concerns to school staff as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children, particularly in an SEN setting, is preferred. A caring and patient attitude towards children. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills.
