Overview

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 10am-3pm
  • £12,480.00

We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Liverpool.

You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.


Responsibilities


Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.


Qualifications


  • Experience within a similar role where cleaning and safety is a priority
  • Eye for attention & detail
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Can-do attitude & initiative
  • Able to communicate effectively with people
  • Responsive to any queries
  • Willingness to go the extra mile


Preferred


  • A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy as our Pillars are a fundamental part of our brand.
